I went over to Halloweentown's library to do some research. While I was there, Darryl Charm was visiting as well and decided to do some gaming. He had failed at a spell & cursed himself with uncontrollable fits of laughter. Everyone in a 10 foot radius broke out into laughter and couldn't do much of anything else.
